We coordinate the agreed property turnaround through one point of contact: inspection and photographic reporting, clearance and compliant waste disposal, deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, optional neutral redecoration and final photographic handover.

Availability depends on the property and scope. After inspection, your fixed quotation will include the proposed start date and estimated completion date.

The website shows guide prices. Every property is inspected and a fixed quotation is issued before work begins, based on the actual condition, contents, access and agreed scope.

An agreed waste allowance can be included in the quotation. Excess volume, specialist items and hazardous materials are identified separately and will not be removed without an agreed compliant route.

Gas and electrical certificates are not included in the core packages. Where requested, appropriately qualified third-party contractors may be coordinated and separately quoted.
